Amwell Pharmacy is the best pharmacy for people who care about personal service. A family run business that provides 5 star customer service, and shows great empathy in how they treat their customers. Superb Business!! HIGHLY recommend! They treat their customers like family! A+++ highest level customer service and amazing communication! My large family wants to tell the world about Amwell Pharmacy – the hidden gem of drug stores and MORE! We found them during covid for testing and vacines and were impressed with their positive attitude and flexibility. Since then, we have been able to utilize more of their outstanding services. Just this week they filled a prescription for our pet reducing the cost for a senior citizen from over $3 a pill to $1 a pill for the same medicine! You can walk in and receive immediate care to vaccine requests. These walk-in appointments were handled efficiently and professionally by the Amwell staff! Our family feels supported and cared for by the team at Amwell Pharmacy in every way – the follow-up calls, the offer to deliver medicines, the renewal reminders, detailed explanations to all our questions without being rushed, the perserverance to exceed expectations! I was hesitant to make the drive further into Hillsborough from Belle Mead and give up the luxury of drive thru convenience service. Plus I must pass two other major drug store chains to reach Amwell Pharmacy… but the switch it is worth it!! Having increasing problems with both major drug stores along rt 206 such as – being turned away for vaccines, lost prescriptions, dramatic price increases, waiting days for prescriptions to be filled, horendeous wait times for everything both in the store and in the drive thru…. This was the best decision to move our prescription needs to Amwell Pharmacy. AND, if you are uncomfortable crossing rt 206 traffic to park in front of the pharmacy you can take the back road off Amwell behind Five Guys for easy and safe access with safe, easy parking available! AND Don’t overlook their fantastic UPS Store that they share the space with for all your Amazon returns and shipping needs! They also provide superior service for shipping, printing, and more! Don’t procrastinate – make the switch to Amwell Pharmacy!

Our family of 12 all needed to have a COVID-19 test done before traveling and Amwell Pharmacy made it very easy. The online scheduling process was simple, the pharmacist was organized and friendly, the testing area was very clean, and our test results came back quickly. Our group had people ranging in ages from 5 years old to 73 years old and everyone had a positive experience!
